Singapore, Cullinan Holdings Pte Ltd – Cullinan Group, The leading POS-Integrated Digital Service & Payment Platform for the major branded convenience store industry, has announced the appointment of Craig Panter as the new Chief Executive Officer – International. Panter brings with him over 25 years of experience in business development and strategy for technology companies in the Fuel Retail and Convenience segments.
As Chief Executive Officer – International, Panter will be based in the United States of America and will be responsible for driving growth for Cullinan Group in the global convenience retail markets. He will leverage his extensive experience in the retail tech space to help the company expand its offerings and bring new digital products and services to convenience retailers worldwide.

Prior to joining Cullinan Group, Panter served as the Chief Business Development Officer for Invenco Group Limited until 2022. He also served as the Regional Business Development Head for NCR Asia-Pacific where he led the regional strategy for the Petroleum Retail & Hospitality verticals.

In addition to his professional experience, Panter is an advisor to the NACS International Board of Directors and NACS APAC Committee. He also serves as the NACS Relationship Partner for Asia Pacific. Craig holds a B.A. with Honors in International Studies from Oglethorpe University (Atlanta, U.S.A.) and a M.A. in International Economics from Sophia University (Tokyo).
