Philip Course holds an MBA, MAICD, and NACS Partner designation. He has a background in senior commercial and strategy roles within fintech and retail tech across public and private technology companies and consulting firms.
Philip's experience includes being the Managing Director of Tafmo Holdings Ltd, Chief Executive Officer of Touch Networks, General Manager Strategy at Intellect Holdings Ltd (ASX:IHG), and Country Manager for Indonesia at Hewlett Packard (VeriFone). He has also held senior executive positions with several major computer retailers. The Course family is a major shareholder of the group.
Frank Ajzensztat, with a B.Sc (Computer) and Masters in Practicing Accounting, has accumulated a 25+year technology career across senior positions in retail, fintech, and IT vendors within public and private companies.
His roles have included Chief Technology Officer at Touchcorp Ltd, General Manager - Information Technology at Mayne Nickless, IT Operations Manager at Coles Myer, and various positions at IBM. The Ajzensztat family is a major shareholder of the Group.
Craig Panter, with an MEc, B.Bus, and NACS Partner designation, previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer and a major shareholder during Invenco's acquisition by Fortune 500 listed company Gilbarco Veeder Root, an operating company of Vontier.
With 25 years of experience in the major retail tech sector across Asia and the United States, he has held senior business development roles, including Head of Asia Pacific for Radiant systems and Director of Business Development at NCR. His experience spans three of the world's largest POS vendors.
Andrew Manning, with a Bcom (econ.), MAICD designation, boasts an extensive career spanning major retail, finance, and governance of both public and private companies. He holds or has held non-executive director roles at Pharmacy Alliance, Starbucks Australia, and Kismet Capital.
Andrew's experience also includes serving as Chief Financial CFO of 7-Eleven Australia and Finance Director of Brash Holdings Ltd.
Stephanie Wang holds an MBA (INSEAD), MSc, LLB (Hons), BCom, CIPP/A, CAMS, NAATI qualifications. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked as a lawyer at Minter Ellison, HWL Ebsworth in regtech, and at the departments of Premier and Cabinet - Victoria.
Stephanie brings significant compliance, regtech, and legal expertise to the board.
Alastair Beard holds a BEc. and is a graduate of CPA Australia and the AICD. He is a seasoned CFO with over 20 years of experience in finance.
Alastair's career includes permanent and consulting CFO roles for publicly listed and private companies, such as Cronos Ltd, Mighty Craft Ltd, Respiri Ltd, Vortiv Ltd, Kiland Ltd, MBD Industries Limited, Townsend Cromwell Pty Ltd, and the Rabinov Property Trust.
